Why Everyone Loves Roulette

Roulette is one of the traditional games that players enjoy when they visit a casino. It has remained popular for its house edge much lower than other games, as well as for the general excitement that the game evokes. When visiting a casino, most players consider roulette to be one of the games they must play before leaving.

Roulette relies on a large wheel that is spun and a ball that will land on one space within that wheel. The roulette table consists of black and red numbers, plus one green zero as well as a double zero. Players place their bets on the table, placing their chips on the numbers that they anticipate the ball landing on. After all bets have been made, the ball is released and the wheel is spun. There is excitement in the air as all of the players watch the wheel in anticipation of the ball's final landing place.

After the ball has stopped, any wager that was placed on the winning number is a winner. Many of the amounts won in roulette are quite large compared to the wagers made, so roulette winners have the potential to win big. If a player has bet on only one number, or, a straight-up bet, the rate of 35 to 1 will be paid out. If the player placed a wager on two numbers, or, a split bet, the payout is still impressive at 17 to 1.

If a player still wants better odds, it is possible to play for number to raise the chance of winning. Some players prefer playing three at a time. If the player bets on three numbers, the wager, placed on the edge of a row of numbers, will pay odds of 11 to 1.

If the player wants a still higher amount of numbers to play, playing chips at the corner of four different numbers gives players a payout of 8 to 1. To play on even more, players can place a street bet, meaning wagering on six numbers. This wager pays at a rate of 6 to 1. Some players want to increase their odds even further, opting for the column bet. This wager on 12 numbers give a player excellent odds of winning and pays out at a rate of 2 to 1.

In addition to all of the better paying odds, there are also opportunities for great odds and a 1 to 1 payout. By wagering that the ball will land on either a black or a red space, or an odd number or even number, or on a high number or low number, players can maximize their odds and are still eligible for a good payout. These bets make it easier for beginners to ease into playing roulette, or to provide a more play time for advanced players.

Roulette's high payouts, especially when compared to other table games, has kept roulette a casino favorite. And one of the best parts about the game is that with a very small wager, a very large payout can be won. Very few other games can offer that claim.

For players who want the full roulette experience, including the big wins that have made roulette famous, most players look for systems that will achieve that lofty goal. Most systems have moderate success but have their flaws. There is only one roulette system that can actually help players to win every time, and that system can be obtained through roulette system.
